The Aguda supports specific communities with their own unique needs, spaces, and organizations.
Beit El Meem
Beit El Meem is an organization run by and for LGBTQ+ members of Arab society in Israel. Established by The Aguda in 2021 and operating under its umbrella, Beit El Meem provides a support hotline, legal services, and psychological and social support, while working to combat violence and persecution faced by community members — creating a safer, more inclusive space for all.
The Achva - LGBTQ+ Student Fraternity
The Achva is Israel's national LGBTQ+ student organization, founded with the support of The Aguda and the National Union of Israeli Students, in partnership with "Perach". Active on over 30 campuses across the country, The Achva builds spaces of belonging and community for LGBTQ+ students — through social and academic initiatives, advocacy for equal rights, and efforts to foster inclusive, tolerant campus environments.
The Trans Center
Founded by The Aguda and Project Gila, the Trans Center is a space built around the needs, voices, and experiences of the transgender community itself. It offers social groups, workshops, and events throughout the week - some open to everyone, others tailored to specific groups within the trans community - creating a place to connect, belong, and be supported, each person in their own way.
The center now operates under the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality, as part of the Tel Aviv Pride Center.
